2.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Reservations:

• Cancellation can be made according to the specified rules
• Early cancellation 30 days before departure date: 100% refund
• Early cancellation 15-30 days before departure date: 50% refund
• Early cancellation within 15 days of departure date: No refund

3.1 Limited License

Mom Yachting grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of the website and its content.

3.2 Intellectual Property Rights

• The customer may be liable in the event of an insurance claim

7.2 Tourist Guide Services

For tourist guide services:

• The guide will meet at the pre-specified time and place
• Following the guide's instructions is mandatory
• The service may be modified due to various conditions

7.3 Transportation Services

Transportation services are provided according to the specified route and duration. Delays may occur due to traffic and other conditions.

8.1 Changes to Terms

Mom Yachting may change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective on the date they are published on the website. By continuing to use the website, you accept the changes.
